COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY IN THE CENTRE OF LONDON
For a life well lived
I'm a Chartered Counselling Psychologist in Central London with nearly 20 years of experience working with people navigating questions of emotional and sexual closeness, identity, and the question on how to live authentically.
Whether you're struggling with how you connect with others, noticing patterns in your relationships that cause distress, finding that vulnerability feels unsafe or that sexual intimacy feels disconnected, or if you are grappling with deeper questions about who you are and how you want to exist in the world, I offer a space to explore what's genuinely happening for you.
You might be in a relationship but something feels fundamentally not right - perhaps trust feels impossible even when you want it, emotional closeness triggers withdrawal, or you're caught in cycles of conflict that never quite resolve. You might be single and trying to understand what keeps you from finding or sustaining the intimacy you desire. Some people I work with are exploring their gender identity or sexuality, navigating consensual non-monogamy, or working through what it means to be truly themselves rather than performing who they think they should be.
Working from an existential and relational perspective in a sex-positive practice that welcomes all gender identities and sexual orientations, I aim to help you understand your patterns, communicate more authentically, and support you in making choices that align with who you actually are.
Simply put, my approach focuses on your lived experience rather than prescribing how things "should" be - together we'll examine what you genuinely want and we will explore what might be keeping you stuck.
